The April 18th, 1975 occupation of the palace on Rua Marquês da Fronteira, in Lisbon, by Grupo Acre, to build a modern art museum, is the starting point for the third talk of the series ‘Imagem e Revolução’ (‘Image and Revolution’). It happens on Thursday October 10th, at 5 pm, in the Atelier-Museu Júlio Pomar, in Lisbon.
This series of talks is co-organized by the Atelier and IHA – NOVA FCSH / IN2PAST, as part of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of ’25 de Abril’. It includes three other talks, two of which already happened, on June 27th and July 11th.
The fourth and final talk is scheduled for October 17th, covering the topic of Plastic Arts.
