How is IN2PAST – Associate Laboratory for Research and Innovation in Heritage, Arts, Sustainability and Territory facing up to the challenge of contributing to public science and technology policies, and to the development of scientific or technical careers for doctorates through permanent employment contracts?
Lab2PT researcher and deputy director João Cabeleira sought to answer these and other questions during the first edition of the UMinho Research & Innovation Open Days, held on January 30th and 31st, at the Gualtar campus, in Braga, in a session dedicated to the nine associate laboratories in which the University of Minho participates, and where IN2PAST is the only one in the social sciences and humanities.
Lab2PT – Laboratory of Landscapes, Heritage and Territory, based at UMinho, is one of the seven research units that make up IN2PAST.
