For the second edition of the BeFRAIL webinar series, we would like to extend an open call for contributions, in addition to the programme of invited speakers that we are currently composing.
This year, the webinar series will focus on exploring ethical considerations and social impacts in Bioarchaeology and Biological Anthropology.
We particularly want to encourage early career researchers, including Masters and PhD students and recent graduates, to reach out if you would like to share your research and its ethical and social dimensions.
Please contact BeFRAIL@fcsh.unl.pt until February 17th in order to submit your proposal. Talks will be 15 minutes long, with 5 minutes for questions.
This series of webinars is organised by LABOH (Laboratory of Biological Anthropology and Osteological Human Remains), @CRIA – NOVA FCSH/ IN2PAST.
Project BeFRAIL – Porto in Times of Cholera and War: A Bioarchaeological Approach to Human Frailty is led by CRIA – NOVA FCSH/ IN2PAST researcher Francisca Alves Cardoso.
