The second preparatory workshop for the Uncertain Landscapes II congress will be held on 26 September in Braga, on the theme of ‘Landscape Practice at IN2PAST’. It will take place between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, in the Auditorium of the Institute of Education (Ed. 13) at the University of Minho. The second edition of Uncertain Landscapes, promoted by Lab2PT and IN2PAST, is scheduled for the last quarter of 2026. The series of preparatory workshops for the congress is dedicated to landscape practices developed at our research centres. The first workshop was held on 11 July, focused on the landscape practice at Lab2PT.
In this Workshop 2, five projects representing IN2PAST’s five thematic lines of research will be presented, addressing the landscape from different perspectives. After the presentations, four external observers will critically comment on the projects, highlighting ideas and avenues for reflection. The workshop will end with a participatory debate that will serve as a framework for the conference.
We invite all interested parties to participate in this initiative and contribute to the definition of Uncertain Landscapes II.
