href=\"https:\/\/erc.europa.eu\/news-events\/news\/erc-2024-starting-grants-results\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Subven\u00e7\u00e3o de arranque do Conselho Europeu de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/in2past.org\/pt\/news\/vinculum-an-exemplary-story-of-sharing-in-science\/\">ERC<\/a>) para dar in\u00edcio a um ambicioso projeto quinquenal de hist\u00f3ria comparada sobre o impacto dos Estados de exce\u00e7\u00e3o nas democracias europeias no in\u00edcio do s\u00e9culo XX.<\/p><p>No in\u00edcio do s\u00e9culo passado, perante a press\u00e3o sobre os regimes democr\u00e1ticos e os desafios \u00e0 autoridade do Estado (como durante a Grande Guerra), muitos pa\u00edses suspenderam as suas regras constitucionais atrav\u00e9s de estados de exce\u00e7\u00e3o e de poderes de emerg\u00eancia. Ter\u00e3o estes instrumentos jur\u00eddicos contribu\u00eddo para o aparecimento das ditaduras europeias do s\u00e9culo XX? \u00c9 a esta quest\u00e3o que Arturo se prop\u00f5e responder com o projeto \u2018O caminho constitucional para as ditaduras: estados de exce\u00e7\u00e3o e autoritarismo na Europa entre 1900 e 1939\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d70bbaa e-con-full e-flex elementor-invisible e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d70bbaa\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;animation_mobile&quot;:&quot;fadeInRight&quot;,&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInRight&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bacd907 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bacd907\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>(\u2018<em>O caminho constitucional para as ditaduras: estados de exce\u00e7\u00e3o e autoritarismo na Europa entre 1900 e 1939<\/em>\u2019(STEXEU), que analisar\u00e1 e comparar\u00e1 a hist\u00f3ria de oito pa\u00edses europeus: Espanha, Portugal, It\u00e1lia, Alemanha, Checoslov\u00e1quia, Fran\u00e7a, Gr\u00e3-Bretanha e Gr\u00e9cia.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>O projeto de Arturo receber\u00e1 1,5 milh\u00f5es de euros. Este concurso do ERC atribuiu um total de 780 milh\u00f5es de euros a 494 Starting Grants.
